PLEASE NOTE: Currently, we are able to deliver orders to locations within a 30-mile radius of our home base in MOUNT JULIET, TN. We are not currently shipping orders. All orders are for home delivery in the Nashville area. We have plans to expand our service to other metro areas. If your business is not in our area or if you're not quite ready to commit, please sign up for our mailing list to stay in the loop!

We want to create a thriving local business community that helps each other succeed and helps to keep money circulating in our own neighborhoods. We're super excited to partner with you and see what amazing things we can accomplish together!

Please read through the requirements below to see if UpSpending.com is a good fit for your business.

Requirements/Policies
  • We believe in the mantra "people before profits" and we want to partner with local small businesses that share our values. Please take a look at our core values to make sure we are aligned.
  • Home-based businesses are welcome. However, your business must be registered with the state/county and you must follow all legal requirements for running a business, including but not limited to licensing, reporting and paying taxes, etc.
  • Service-based businesses also welcome! Some ideas include...fixed-price package deals (e.g. 2-hr photo shoot, wedding planning package, etc.)
  • You must have business liability insurance and UpSpending, Inc. will have to be listed as an additional insured party.
  • UpSpending, Inc. will collect payments (including taxes) when a user orders your products
    • Sales reports and payouts will be issued once a month, by the 10th of the following month for the prior month's sales (including taxes collected on your behalf)
    • Minus 7% commission to cover credit card processing fees, customer rewards/incentives, customer and seller support, and to support UpSpending.com and its mission (50% of our profits are donated to non-profits that fight for campaign finance reform)
    • You will be responsible for submitting sales taxes for your business.
  • Fulfillment options:
    • Option 1 (no charge): If your items are shelf-stable and relatively small, we can keep a small quantity in-stock at our Mount Juliet location
    • Option 2 (no charge): If you live nearby our Mount Juliet location (9578 Lebanon Rd., Mount Juliet TN 37122), you can drop your item(s) off by the close of business on the next day.
    • Option 3 ($10 or $60 annual subscription): Schedule a pickup for the next day
    • Please note: for perishable or custom items (such as special order cakes or delicate artwork), we will do our best to accommodate but, in some cases, you may have to make arrangements to deliver items yourself.
  • We have a 30-day return policy on unopened goods. If an item of yours is returned, we will refund the customer and account for the returned proceeds in the next month's payout.
  • At this time, we will not be able to accommodate MLM or similar businesses.
  • We reserve the right to disable a seller's account for any reason.
Benefits
  • No risk...we only get a 7% commission if your products sell. There are no monthly fees or onboarding fees.
